That’s what exaclty Alessandra and Tim’s wedding did: it was elegant, immersive, deeply emotional and beautifully paced, created not only to celebrate their marriage, but to give their guests a true experience of Florence and Tuscany.

What made this wedding especially distinctive was the couple’s decision not to confine the entire celebration to just one venue. Instead, they chose to embrace Florence before and after the wedding day, giving their guests the chance to experience the city’s atmosphere, culture and beauty as part of the wedding weekend itself. It was a thoughtful choice, and one that reflected a more refined vision of destination wedding planning: not simply bringing people to Tuscany, but letting them truly live it.

The welcome party took place at Rifrullo, in the heart of Florence, setting the tone for a weekend that felt warm, stylish and full of personality. It was relaxed and vibrant, the perfect way to welcome guests into the celebrations while immersing them in the city from the very beginning. The couple reached the venue walking from their hotel, taking advantage of the Florentine setting for beautiful photos. That balance between beauty, hospitality and authenticity would then become the thread running through the entire wedding experience.

Then came the wedding day, and with it the extraordinary setting of Villa Corsini a Mezzomonte. Located just outside Florence, among the first Chianti hills, the villa is a place where history, art and hospitality come together with remarkable force. Couples who choose Villa Corsini are usually looking for more than a beautiful venue: they want to create a sense of wonder, and this property delivers exactly that, revealing one spectacular setting after another throughout the event.

The ceremony took place in the Prato Inglese, a setting that feels both grand and romantic. It was one of those moments where the beauty of the place met the emotional truth of the people standing there. Alessandra and Tim were visibly surrounded by love. Their family bonds could be felt in every moment, and the whole atmosphere was filled with warmth, laughter and affection. One especially touching presence was the bride’s mother, who has Italian roots and took part in the celebrations with visible joy. That detail added another meaningful layer to the day, creating a beautiful connection between family history, place and emotion.

After the ceremony, guests moved to the Giardino all’Italiana di Meridione for aperitivo. Here the celebration shifted into a sparkling, theatrical mood. The champagne tower brought a glamorous note, while the Italian spritz cart added the playful, convivial spirit that international guests love so much. It felt celebratory, elegant and unmistakably rooted in Italy.

Dinner followed in the magnificent Galleria del Pandolfo Sacchi, one of the most fascinating halls in Tuscany. Its scale, frescoed interiors and large windows overlooking the Giardino delle Pizzughe already make it unforgettable. But what truly defined the reception was the atmosphere Alessandra and Tim created inside that extraordinary room. This was an Italian-style dinner in the most beautiful sense: lively, warm and deeply shared. The couple stood up, moved from table to table, laughed constantly and made every guest feel personally included in the celebration. It was elegant, but never distant. Refined, but full of heart.

One of the most scenic moments of the whole wedding came with the cake cutting in the Giardino delle Pizzughe, directly below the grand windows of the gallery. From above, guests were able to look out and watch the moment unfold from a privileged perspective, which made the scene even more theatrical and memorable. It was one of those perfectly planned transitions that feels effortless to guests, yet makes an event truly special. The villa itself became part of the staging, turning a classic wedding moment into something visually unforgettable.

The evening then moved into the Sala della Guardia for dancing and the after-party. It was the ideal setting for a celebration that carried on until very late, starting with an unforgettable first dance, that the couple executed with emotion, after preparing the choreography in detail through dancing classes that they enjoyed so much. The lighting design was beautiful, the DJ set was exceptional, and the energy in the room never dropped. It was the kind of party that guests do not want to leave, where every detail works together to keep the mood high and the dance floor full.

What made this wedding even more meaningful was not only the beauty of the locations, but also the feeling of calm and trust that accompanied the entire journey from planning to celebration. For us, one of the most rewarding parts of this experience was reading Alessandra and Tim’s words afterwards.
